Loved our experience. Staff and hotel terrific. There was some online booking problem but that was likely my error. Stopped here on way from NJ to Florida. Would definitely stop again if in the area. Back again, no issues, likely stop again on way home.

Had an issue with the pullout sofa bed in the suite but Laura was so sweet and able to make accommodations for us. I felt so bad she was trying to manage our situation as well as check in multiple guests all while on her break. She was awesome.

Rooms are tiny but clean. Service was good, but their breakfast is awful. There were no labels on anything. Jars with mysterious stuff in it, is it brown sugar or wheat germ? Are these dried cherries or raisins or cranberries? No way to tell. Eggs were okay, but again, no label so if you have allergies you're kind of taking your chances. Front desk people were great.
