Great products. Poor customer service. Returned items and never got a refund. Store and online reps are equally bad.

I came in to shop for my husband and there were two people in the store. No one said hi, no one asked me what I needed or if I needed help. The one employee walked passed me several times and didnt say anything. Im very disappointed in the serves. Keep in mind, Im young and black. They helped a white customer and didnt say anything to me. Do better!

I went there on Friday and had a very successful visit. I bought 4 shirts in very short order, thanks to Josh!
Josh already had a couple of boxes with all their long sleeve shirts in my size, which he brought out of the back. That was very smart, having pre-prepared boxes of hard to find items! It made finding shirts I liked really quick and easy. He was very helpful and much appreciated!
