        They have the worst management imaginable. My sink and dishwasher didnt work for over a month. I did dishes in the tub to make dinner for thanksgiving. I emailed them repeatedly and filed for many maintenance requests and no one came for over a month. Now that I am moving out on the first weve scheduled 3 pre move out inspections. The first one NO ONE SHOWED UP. We called 5 times and no one answered. The 2nd time it was 20 min past time so I called and she said they were running 20 more minutes late. Meaning Id be waiting 40 min for them. No. Not doing that. I leave work for this. My husband did the first time. They do not respect your time. So now we have another inspection coming up next week. Well see if they can do their job.

        Terrible service. Never a way to contact the office. They will try to keep your deposit without cause. So keep a retainer. Don't trust the pictures. It's a night mare at Bayview apartments

        My boyfriend and I toured this apartment and it was just wonderful. The kitchen is so cute. And Im giving this a 5 star review because Connor was so helpful and funny, it definitely helped. So thank you Connor!

        My wife and I lived here for almost three years and had an excellent experience! The manager, Julie Combs, is extremely professional and always communicated with us quickly when we had any issues. Roomy apartments and helpful management, whats not to love!
