Honestly, best experience at an ACU ever. I used to go to the DuPont branch and didnt always have kind or quick experiences. The two ladies helping me were quick, nice and got me out in less than 10 minutes. Bing Bong.

Horrible customer service, 4 people working behind the counter. And ONLY 1 other person in the bank is getting helped. They refused to add my wife to my bank account because it takes to long. Just need a debit card and to put her as an authorized user. And they said they didn't have enough time. I closed my account. Going to find a place that actually tacks care of there customer DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. worst customer service I have ever had. Refuse to helm me.
