Sandra Handby was a delight to work with. Collectively and based on recent sales comparisons, we set a price for the house and ultimately did a little better then we thought. Additionally, Sandra managed the process and provided great resources for my portion of the effort. I will definitely work with Sandra again if there is a need and strongly recommend her to others!!!

Throughout my time in Washington state, my wife and I were looking for our home while we were stationed at JBLM. We ended up meeting Sandra through an open house that she was hosting and ended up working with her to secure a house in a market that was predominantly a bidders' market! We ended up working with her again when I received orders to depart Washington state to help sell our home as well. Her expertise in both buying and selling homes is unmatched from any real estate agent that I have worked with before. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is serious in buying or selling a home! I would work with her again if I'm given another chance!

We were so fortunate to have Sandra recommended by a neighbor who she had recently assisted in the purchase of a home. Sandra responded so quickly to our call that we were able to view the home that same day. She guided us through the process of making a successful offer, getting inspections and closing the sale. She made useful recommendations for subcontractors to complete the improvements we wanted and followed through on everything we requested from her. We would recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.
