    My wife and I used Nicole when we initially purchased our home in 2019. She is the best organized realtor that I have ever worked with. Shes transparent with the process, maintains effective communication, and was able to walk us through the ins and outs of purchasing a home. She helped us draft an offer that beat out several other offers on our home and got us into the house! The market in 2019 was very different compared to today. We ended up having to relocate in mid 2022. We used Nicole and her team and they were able to get us top dollar for our home (even with all the craziness going on in the market). We cant recommend Nicole and her team enough. Absolute pleasure to work with!

Their overall professionalism and candid advice was greatly appreciated, especially when the housing market is as fluid as it is now. Putting my full trust in Nicole and her team on pricing strategy and timing resulted in my house selling within a week above asking whereas other homes in my neighborhood were still on the market for weeks before and after. I highly recommend!

    Update: within minutes of posting an honest review Nicole has threatened to involve a lawyer if I dont delete my one star review although I literally just shared my opinion and pasted a part of our conversation. Apparently if you do not give them a five star review or comply with what they want, harassment is the next step. Not one to be bullied around. Ive done my research on rates and my only concern is for the veterans/military/local community. Below is my original post. Renting my home out: One of my text to them: Ok and just to confirm that the $1k non refundable fee is for you guys to advertise to renters but I would get charged that even if I brought in my own renter correct Their response correct They seem to have great personalities but are completely non flexible in rates despite having possibly the highest rate between tacoma, puyallup and basically everywhere in a 40 min radius, whereas three other companies that I called would wave their first month fee if I advertised online and found my own renter (only charging monthly commission). Also they charge 10% commission right now which is the highest rate Ive personally found. If you call around, many places charge 9%. RexMont is who Ive decided to go with since they charge a 7.7% management fee which saves me over $100 a month, they have no hidden fees and theres no money that comes out of the first month. They are a larger company but stay on top of things. I get no benefit for sharing this and am mentioning this because as a veteran and knowing Lacey, DuPont and yelm have a lot of military, I feel like military home owners should be aware of the better rates. At least call around to compare management percentages and first month fees before deciding on a company. Again, they were not flexible whatsoever. Why would they still charge me to advertise for renters even though I know who Im renting to and will do my own background check/income verification? They were the only company who wouldnt wave that. Recommendation: when buying, selling, renting a house, call at least 5 places (again RexMont was the lowest commission Ive found so far) and ask what is the commission percentage they charge. Then calculate the difference youd save between the lowest you find and the highest. This company has the highest Ive found for buying/selling/renting but thats based on my personal research. Dont go off of the first company you call, at least call around and then make an informed decision. You may be willing to pay more if you love one companys personalities more but from a business standpoint I didnt appreciate the unwillingness to be flexible on the $1k fee while having a 10% commission.
