So far we have really enjoyed living at Mulberry Place! The apartments are nice and Brittney the office manager is very helpful!

Manager is super hard to get in contact with. Tried calling the number to reach her that I found on the office door, but I just heard the phone ringing on the inside of the office. She told us our new apartment would be clean, but when we were ready to move in, there was dog hair everywhere and doesnt look like it was cleaned at all. She said a cleaning crew would come in, but an hour and a half later Im still waiting for that. If she doesnt answer your email shes nearly impossible to get a hold of

Whoever said the new management is great, was influenced to say so. The new manager is rude and unprofessional. ( Another resident just told me today he was threatened with a notice to vacate for complaining about the downstairs bathroom and lounge access being restricted.) This apartment gets worse all the time. There is now a new mini home homeless camp set to be built LITERALLY across the street. yay!! We already have needles and shopping carts but yay for more! (Moving asap)
