Blake Miner
Tried to take care of normal banking items such as deposit, atm card activation, and change of branch locations. Cory the VP, decided to help me by threatening to call the cops, which he did after profiling me as a homeless person. I asked for his card and for him to walk away from my transaction with the teller I was communicating to. He took that as a threat to his power and superiority and refused to help me. The cops came, I was not charged with any crime, nor did I commit an act that merits a police report or a phone call. Luckily Tim, his boss showed up, and did the right thing. Unfortunately, I had to wait 1 hour for a simple transaction. I left shaking..

I am very pleased with this bank. I started with the old Anchor Bank and am happy to see many of the same bank employees at 1SB. Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional.
