        I have gone there 2 days in a row to talk to the manager and she has left early both days. The customer service at this branch is HORRIBLE. It's so bad that I am researching other banks to move my funds to.

        Just switched here from Evergreen Direct Credit Union to have a somewhat bigger footprint for our banking experiences. One month down, only one visit into a branch so far BUT $200 deposited right on time for switching my Direct Deposit deposited on time in our account. So far, so good... Love you Key Bank!!! Deuces
