        I worked with Mason! This isnt even his primary location, although he was filling in for a short staffed day. Once again, I was able to be helped right away with no issues, even when Diane at the downtown Olympia location made me frustrated and uncomfortable.

        I'm kinda tired of accounts showing pending for everything , we have stuff from a wwek ago still showing pending nothing is going through and we can never tell what is going on . I have asked for details but know one seems to know anything. I have been promised call backs but never get anything. It's confusing and completely unprofessional for a bank to manage people's accounts like this.
