Dr. Perlot & staff were so kind and helpful throughout my year and a 1/2 of braces and surgery. Patient with all of my questions and thorough in their work. So grateful for the team there - they changed my life!

I had a second opinion given by Dr. Perlot after getting a terrible hardware and adult teeth extraction plan chosen by another Ortho at a large scale facility. Dr. Perlot took a very good amount of time in explaining what his plan was for my daughter's teeth and why. His pricing was right in line with the other place for a much more advanced plan without extractions! His staff is amazing as well. I am so happy I came here for a second opinion.

Mrs. Snyder, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience in my office. Apologies that it was not up to my standard of 5 star attention. I am sorry that the insurance experience was as taxing as it was. This past year was interesting to say the least. I did reach out to you and left a message for you to speak with me in regards to the situation, but I am happy that you have found an office that is accepting the insurance at this time and hope they have better luck maneuvering your through the process. I pride myself in the utmost level of professionalism and courtesy to everyone that I encounter.

We had the worst experience with Perlot Orthodontics! The women in charge of claims is rude and takes no accountability for her wrong doings and incapability to do her job correctly. We waited a year doing back and forth with her to get us nowhere. She lied about filing claims twice, 6 months apart. She admitted that she did not correctly file the first time, and she would re-submit. She never did. We waited months to start treatment because of the lies this women told. I get it if you no longer want to accept our insurance. Which she told me is due to them changing their coding and being hard to work with... isn't that your job? To stay up to date on coding and how to file? Our insurance company even offered to speak with her to help walk her through it! But to keep a family on the line for a year feeding them lies to them just drop the ball and make us start all over again! I have tried to get in contact with Dr. Perlot to let him know the situation going on with her, but I doubt I will get a phone call back. I don't know if he is aware of what she has done and is doing with his patience. I posted to my personal Facebook looking for other Orthodontist in the area and warning people to not go to Perlot. I had a friend comment the exact same thing happened to her with Perlot! This has me wondering how many people she has done this to? The final phone call with her to try to get some answers and maybe even an apology, she was so rude and then hung up on me! I have never experienced anything like this before in a "professional" setting. She needs to be fired!
