        Beware of "free" services. They offered a free exam / measuring / consultation for braces. We chose a different Orthodontist that better helped us work with insurance. As a result Dr. Tilson's office sent us to collections for almost $300. Tried resolving it - they said it's free / included if you get braces from us.
