The back office staff are very friendly and engaging. My son enjoys going in. However the organizational aspects are lacking. Upon our first visit to get our aligners the office was missing my sons first 4 trays and put him straight into the 5th set. This caused him a ton of unnecessary pain for almost 3 days, not to mention we did not receive trays that we paid for and were offered no compensation or apology whatsoever. I was basically told the first 4 trays did nothing which coming from an 11 year career in the Dental field I can guarantee this is not true. Each tray does move the teeth even if its very minimal. I was told there would be absolutely no refund or credit on my bill for the missing trays and that was that. The front office was very rude and unprofessional about the whole thing. After calling 3 other orthodontist in the area and explaining this they all said the same thing, this office should have called and rescheduled our appointment to ensure we had all the missing trays (they should have checked the case before our arrival) or they should have credited our account for the missing ones. I tried to go to a new office after this but unfortunately my insurance informed me that they had already paid our entire benefit out to those office and could not get it back. I would not recommend this office solely for this experience.
