Had a great experience. They installed a hitch on our minivan, quick appointment, even quicker install. They got us in in just a few days, and the service was completed in only a few hours. Looks excellent too, and lifetime warranty. Best part: we arrived super early in the morning, but they had the managers text number on the door. Sure enough, I texted asking if it was okay to leave it in a certain parking spot and use the key drop. She said no problem, and we left knowing our vehicle would be taken care of. Great experience, great price, well done!

I stopped into this location to have my car inspected because the lights on the trailer I rented weren't lighting up when I used my breaks or turn signals. James took a look and noticed a fuse was blown and changed it for me right away. While James was doing that, another associate named Billie noticed something was wrong with my tow hitch, and that it needed to be repaired before I traveled any further. James offered to put my car up on the rack and discovered some missing bolts. After a few minutes my tow hitch was repaired and I was ready to go. I'm not sure what would have happened without Billie's intervention to make sure my tow hitch was repaired before I left, but I can imagine something awful could have happened on my 1,000+ mile journey down the coast. I can't express how much I appreciate Billie and James, and how well they took care of me. Their concern for my safety means everything to me and my family. Thank you.

We have rented many trailers and trucks for home projects, and recently had hitch installed here. Fantastic service, great inventory of supplies. James who does the hitch installs is very good.
