    I reserved a truck to move a couch and went to pick it up but was told all the gas lines had been cut on all their trucks and they had nothing for me to use. It was 11am and they didn't call to warn me about the issue and they said this was a regular occurrence. I feel bad that they have to deal with thieves but if you are aware of this being a on going issue then put a fence up. It was so frustrating and I was scrambling to make it work. But in the end my dad came through for me.

    Rented a truck here last year for a short distance move. Booked online in advance, truck was ready at scheduled time (9:00 a.m.), I was aware of the $150 deposit because I did read the policies on the website before I reserved, although the $150 was refunded back to my card in just a couple of days. I provided my insurance info, license, credit card, they walked me around the truck to confirm the condition and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Truck price was exactly as expected, it was actually a little less because I ended up over estimating the milage I would need. Filled it with gas and returned on time the next morning without issue. Seamless rental experience

    If I could give it less than zero stars I would. First off, I reserved this truck WEEKS in advanced . The day of pickup I received a phone call that the truck was at a different location and would be picked up in an hour. An hour passed so I went to the location and they still werent ready. I spent 3 hours waiting. When we received the truck, it had dents , etc. we took the truck and when we got to out location 3,000 miles away, a lot of our furniture was damaged due to a hole on the top of the roof that looked like it was patched but really was not. we filed a claim months ago for damaged furniture and still have yet to receive our money back!!

    Low price = No customer service. I reserved a full month in advance online, on the company website, used a credit card (not a debit), showed up on time. First complaint - even a credit card is over-billed a "deposit" (that used to only be done with debit cards). Next - If you decline their insurance, they REQUIRE you to call your insurance company at the counter while they observe you asking the insurance rep a full page of questions verbatim regarding your own coverage. (My insurance company - a major one - acted confused about this process.) Day of move: I received a strange email saying that my return was now late (it was due the NEXT day). When I tried to reach anyone to confirm this was a mistaken email, I ended up spending an hour on the phone with an international call center (each time, I'd called the local phone), spoke to 7 different people, was told they couldn't find my reservation, was accused of having had the truck for 30 days (I'd had it for 1 of a 2-day rental), and never had anyone confirm the weird email was a mistake. I was told I should go directly to the local office and talk to someone in person (apparently they had rolled their phones over to the call ctr.) Since I was literally in the midst of moving my household, I chose to give up and cross my fingers that I wouldn't be charged for someone else's late rental. When I returned the truck on time the following day, the counter staff expressed mild empathy for the issue. I recommended they let their manager know that customers are completely unserved whenever they roll the phone over to the call ctr. I'll pay more with a different company next time I need a truck rental.
