Katie helped return the 2 wheel tow dolly and provided $50 off on the prices due to the horrible experience Uhaul has provided in my cross country move. I left to unpack the truck and when returning Katie advised she would wave the fee for the 4 additional days needed for the move on the 15' truck and email me a copy of the recipe once she completes the transaction. That afternoon I was notified of a new Uhaul charge on my credit card for the additional 4 days Katie said would be waved. When calling back the woman who answered the phone said Katie was not working but she would address the situation with corporate who has the ability to wave the fee easier then she could. I called corporate the following day asking for an update on the situation and was informed there was no documentation of this situation - so it does not exist........................ I cannot help if Uhaul has not trained their employees to document every customer transaction..................... I was advised by Uhaul, that by receiving the $50 off the tow dolly it compensates for all the inadequate service Uhaul has provided in my cross country move: 1. Incorrect scheduling, asking the customer a preferred location and providing a truck two hours away. 2. Incorrect charging of a 10' truck, charged me an additional $200. 3. Providing incorrect information regarding the weight of the tow dolly. 4. Not documenting the call regarding extending days needed for the 15' truck. 5. Calling the customer and asking if the truck has been stolen due to Uhaul not documenting the prior conversation. 6. Uhaul team members telling the customer they will wave fees and then bill them later that day. Very disappointed.

Front desk was helpful. The truck is battered and in need of repair. It was also the only one left.
