Wendy Schuller took amazing care of us, helped me sell my home with an amazing marketing effort (looked amazing) marketed to markets outside of the area and had traffic even in the dead of winter. She also fielded my many many questions about buying, finding listings, finding details about listings, researching CC&Rs, HOAs, etc for all kinds of properties all over the region. Helped me make multiple offers even if they didn't close for whatever reason she was spot on getting them written and submitted quickly. It was like working with a good friend who had my best interests at heart and was committed to my son and I. Amazing experience in a crazy market. This team is amazing!! Julie Ottmar and Molly Cole were my realtors and are the best!! This housing market is crazy!! They championed for me the whole way, kept me from being discouraged.
