Kind, considerate, responsive, and they genuinely care about patient comfort and affordability. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've dealt with most of the staff at this point between cleanings over the years, and it's consistently been a pleasant experience where they go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is taken care of and as comfortable as one can be when having anything done to their teeth.
From blankets to individual television screens to watch a show to distract to conscious sedation for extreme anxiety, this is the place to go.
My only suggestion is maybe to advise the hygienists not to advise on things until there's a 100% certainty that something is happening. I have pretty bad dental anxiety, even for simple cleanings at this point, and-- while they are extremely accommodating-- it's happened a few times now that the hygienist will say something that sounds extremely alarming only for the dentist to check it over and say there's nothing wrong.
Still, I've been extremely satisfied overall with their service over the past several years and I have referred several people with confidence.
