        Super unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance since they only do consults my childs insurance on Mondays. Receptionist took information including her dentists, insurance # etc. Schedule time off from work (single parent, two FT jobs) and race there, only to arrive and be told theres no record of the appointment or a patient record. No apology whatsoever. I cant do business with a company that doesnt show respect.

        I am so happy to have found Soleil Orthodontics! The front office staff greeted me and was so easy and friendly. When I was welcomed in for my consultation the staff was professional, thorough, patient and answered all my questions. The office is so bright and open, clean and modern. Dr. Soleil is thorough and professional yet makes you feel like family. Believe me.I am smiling as I write this review! .
