We had a complicated mold situation caused by a remodeling company that flooded our basement and then did not mitigate the damage, resulting in extensive mold growth. We hired PuroClean to perform the necessary remediation once the problem was revealed, and are very glad we did so. Brandon was our project manager and he guided us through the process. Because of the extent of the problem, we required multiple rounds of remediation and throughout the process, Brandon was responsive, transparent, patient, friendly, and clear about what was involved. He took the time to talk through the process with us, and helped us to think through the decisions that came up at various points and the implications of our various options. His crew was polite, professional, and did good work; we felt very comfortable with them working in our home.
We hope that we never again have to deal with mold in our home, but if we do, we are glad that we have Brandon's number, he will be our first call (and our first recommendation to any friends in the area who need his services.) If you're in need of a remediation company, I highly recommend PuroClean of Redmond/Woodinville and Brandon in particular.

Tanner and Dwayne were the guys that came out from PuroClean. They were fantastic, professional, nice, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. My girlfriends house was flooded and Allstate sent out ServPro first before PuroClean. ServPro came out a total of 10 times in a month and a half and did absolutely nothing. Then we got Tanner and Dwayne and they did more work in two days than ServPro did in the entire month and a half. Ask for these two guys if you want some great workers. Overall 5 Stars to PuroClean and 0 Stars for ServPro. Go PuroClean!!!!!!!

With the freezing temperatures, a water line broke and flooded our daylight basement. It was more than we could manage and stressful to see our home and furniture under water. Jonathan from PuroClean Redmond took immediate action to assess and mitigate the damage. He and his team worked diligently to remove water and then removed damaged flooring, moldings and drywall. They saved our irreplaceable items and dried out the space thereby preventing mold from advancing. Their professionalism and customer service was excellent. We could not have hoped for better attention to detail and quality control than we received.
