        The staff at the 48th and Nob Hill office is very knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel welcome from the first step in and last step out of the office. We have been having our taxes done there for the past few years and have been very pleased with the knowledge they have.

        They dont listen they rudely interrupt when your trying to explain a concern or question, iv always gone to Ann this year I was told she was no longer with the company so i let another girl do my taxes and comes to find out she is with the company and now my taxes have to be cleared through id me. I have my credit froze for identity theft and I called to see if that was an issue and the girl kept interrupting me when I was just needed to make sure that wasnt an issue this will be the last year I go to them! One for lying about who I requested to do my tax return and now this.
