        Very pleased with the professionalism even though this years taxes are not what they used to be it was my fault I didn't have enough withheld but Jackson Hewitt was professional and their prices were great for what they accomplished for me could have been far worse!

        Had a 3 o clock appointment, we arrived on time and waited there for 30 minutes with no greeting. I finally went up and asked if we needed to check in and the lady said it would be just a moment. It was not just a moment. we ended up leaving because we didnt know how long it was going to actually take and we dont trust someone with important documents, who has poorcustomer service skills.
