        I have always felt like Enterprise has treated me like a VIP customer but this time I feel like Im being treated like a Higher Status than that, the Hudson WI office made my difficult rental so easy as I changed the reservation 3 times and the manager Heaven took care of me and got me on the road with the perfect vehicle and made me look like the Hero to my Band as we traveled in Comfort, Thank you Everyone at Enterprise

        I only rent cars from Enterprise because they always treat me as if they value my business. I'd rather have teeth pulled up than face the wait, the scams and pressure other rental car companies put you through. I just reserved a car from their Hudson, WI branch. They actually called me to tell me that the car was ready early and that I could take the car right away with no extra charge. Emma checked me in. She was clear about my options but no pressure. She gave me a free upgrade and sent me quickly on my way. Hannah took the return and again quickly sent me on my way. Both were personable and efficient. Perfect examples of how Enterprise wants its customers treated!
