Im always glad to go to West Town Monona Tire. The staff are friendly and they do great work. The ONLY shop I will visit for all my tire needs.

If you're a woman that knows nothing about cars, DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a simple service and they charged me $50 more than when my husband brought it a year before for the same thing. And did not tell me about that particular charge until I paid. They even have a seemingly knowledgeable female working the desk so that makes a woman feel more trusting. They lost 2 customers right here cuz we'd hoped they'd be our source for a long time. Apparently I'm not the only female to get this treatment.

Work was performed expertly without any glitches and sooner than anticipated. I will return for service in the future.
