When I was with Progressive, my boyfriend's door swung open on my vehicle and dented another vehicle. My insurance went from $70 a month to $100 a month. I started shopping around. My sister recommended talking to Christine. I'm so glad I did. She explained all my options to me and is extremely knowledgeable. My coverage with them is significantly better and significantly cheaper. I'm so glad I talked to her and that I'm getting such a good deal.

Christine is amazing she went out of her way to help us by far the best insurance agent I have ever had she handled our claim and payments faster than anything I've ever seen in my life she went beyond what I would expect from an insurance agent and they have a loyal customer for life my wife and i love christine and allstate we truely were and are still in good hands

We used this insurance agent for our home and auto. We had a severe hailstorm that damaged our home. Christine not only had no clue what was covered under our policy and we kept getting told that the adjuster will go through everything. After finding out that a provision was put on part of our policy so only 37% of our roof was covered. We contacted the agency questioning why that was ever put on, as we specifically told them to insure our property to the 9's- money was not an issue. We did not recieve a phone call back after multiple days. We then recieved and email showing us the documents we signed. Very very dissapointed in the absolute poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Allstate has been HORRIBLE to deal with as a company. They are trying to get out of covering the damage to our home as a whole. It has been months and we still do not have a finished estimate or money to fix our home. I would not want to find out how they treat customers if God forbid our house would burn down.
