Condescending, rude and very unhelpful branch manager, Kenny. Has been there way past his termination deadline. Actually smirks at you like you're inferior. Which is amazing, since he only has business skills and training (obviously he missed customer care) and has never done anything heroic or saved a life (like me) to place himself on that pedestal. I mention this, because I don't condescend to him, and I've only saved about 10,000 lives in Emergency and Cardiac Medicine - Oh, and have medals for that very thing from the military as well...No, he never served in the U.S. Military either. Go figure, or rather go bank somewhere else. Union banks seem to be in the business of Unprofessionalism.

Don't bank here. They don't care about you. If you have you're debit card cancelled,they will lie about them sending it to you. Due to them not putting my correct address into system, I am going to have to wait 3 weeks for a new card, With no union bank near me, I can't access my money,or pay my bills,as late fees add up. . I have cought them lying to me 4 times since 11 the.they put their blame on costumer.

So I am running late and show up at Union Bank in Carlsbad  to arrange for a wire transfer. I habe no clue how do make it happen. Elise took the matter in hand. Both her service and her speed were excellent. Three separate transfers in no time at all, and I'm out the door. Thanks, Elise.

I wish I could give this bank less than one star and report them for constantly adding unnecessary fees and holding my own paychecks for days. Please bank ANYWHERE else
