I have been with Allstate for some time now, and I have always trusted this branch and company until now. The frustration, stress and neglect I have received from this branch and company can never be described. I hope no other customer has to go through what I am dealing with as now. I have been left in the dark with no call backs, no email response and I might as well be working here since I have had to do all work regarding my claim. My vehicle has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks now because Allstate has seemed to misplaced all of claim information. I suggest you all take your business else where as will be doing once my claim is finally taken care of. Save yourself the time, money and headaches before coming here.
