Im sorry Taco Bell Im a huge fan but you need to train your managers better. What kind of example are they showing your employees. I understand you want to increase the use of the ordering kiosk however it should be a Choice. When I approach the front counter to order a manager by the name of Raquel or Rachel simply order me to use the kiosk to place my order unless and I quote her words ( use the kiosk to order unless you want to wait for a long time ). I mean please guys what kind of way is that to treat your customers.

Did not post that after a certain time they only take door dash and postmates...got stuck in their drive through for over 20 minutes. Worst taco bell possible.

Manager was rude to me today when I told her my order was wrong. I noticed she also did not have on gloves on one hand while preparing my food.

The food was good and made correctly. However, the service provided at the drive through was terrible. The young lady working that night was somewhat unprofessional. After a couple of miscommunications about our order, we simply asked her to repeat the order back to us. She replied (rudely and impatiently) "It's on the screen". Well, it was "not" on the screen. The screen was blank (or not working); so we could not see anything about our order. After we made her aware of that fact, she then repeated our order as requested.
