I am happy to have switched over to Farmers , great customer service always proactive with calling to review my renewal as well check in to see if there are questions on my end . I have my renters ,auto , and life policy with Adams office. I have worked closely with julie and she is prompt in responding to any questions and most importantly does a great job with explaining my coverage. I would highly recommend Adams agency and I look forward to many more years with Farmers.

No business with them at all except when I called them to stop sending someone else's bills at my address. They obliged respectfully.

We have had Farmers Home Owners Insurance for over 9 years
Last week our sewer started to back up so I called a plumber out to take a look at it. He ran a camera down the drain and saw that there was a displacement with a coupling between two pipes
So I had him fix it
It was a costly repair ($7900)
So I call the insurance thats what we pay them monthly for right???
WRONG
THEY WONT COVER IT BECAUSE I NEED AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE
It was never offered to me before but now that I need to use my insurance they offer me this additional insurance
To cover my sewer pipes
So IMO Farmers Insurance like so many others are just out there to line there own pockets with our hard earned money and they wont come through for you when you really need them
So now Ill try to find a new insurance company that covers everything

Adam and his staff are extremely amazing and knowledgeable.  Julie and Tatiana are always kind and professional. I can always rely on them to thoroughly explain coverages and identify any gaps in coverage. They wrote my children's life policy and Adam did an excellent job explaining the product and getting the policies active. I am happy to always refer business over to their agency, as I know they will take care of anyone I send their way.
