My most recent visit in January 2021 went smooth and quickly despite COVID restrictions. The staff was nice and communicated clearly throughout the visit. The office felt safe through each step of my eye exam and the staff were helpful from the check-in at the front to helping me pick out new frames for my updated prescription.

Richmond Vision is the best optometry service in the city! Their staff is so helpful and professional. I also love their selection of frames and their amazing styling advice and customer service. And Sonia is an especially wonderful professional! 6 out of 5 stars!! :)

Very disappointed how the staff works. First they cancelled my appointment but didn't tonify me. Secondly I asked 2 for a receipt of the service and was promised twice - still nothing...

I was totally happy and satisfied with their service, all the way from the eye exam to receiving my finished glasses. The glasses arrived in a timely fashion right on time.
