      image Great location, easy highway access and central to the region right off 237 and Great America parkway. Rooms need updating, same as they were over the last 10 years, open closet makes rooms look cluttered and TV is over 8 years old. Super cool staff

      image My January stay was quite challenging. There was no Wi-Fi throughout my visit. I inquired daily at the clerk desk about the issue, and they assured me it was being addressed, but there was no communication from management. It wasn't the fault of the hardworking staff, who did their best despite facing numerous complaints. I empathize with them, being a former hotel clerk myself. While the rooms were acceptable, the overall construction quality of the hotel seemed very poor. I would recommend considering a different hotel for your stay.
