Great location but very bad customer service. I visited this location on 11/26/2022 to deposit some checks but the lady that was supposed to help me, was half asleep, very slow and unprofessional. When I asked her to speed up bc I had parked my car right at the corner, instead of speeding up the deposits she recommended to go move my car. I left and went to the Sherman Oaks  branch to deposit my checks.

I can't make it to a branch during the week because, like most people I have to work, so the only day that I could was on Saturdays.  That is until they eliminated Saturdays walk - in service.  They like to push customer service as their priority & this is how they show it.   Yup...we hear ya loud & clear.
