        Terrible customer service. There is never help and always long line to get simple transactions done. The bankers are slow and they are mean they also try to sell v customers some products that is not even real. Their system always down and never works. The banker named Lisa is the worst customer service representative I have ever seen. Not to mention wells fargo online system sucks and never works and that's the only reason we have to go to that hell branch.

        This location of Wells Fargo is awful the branch manager lady is very rude and in accommodating. She looks like shed would be super nice and she is the farthest thing from it. I drive miles/20 minutes out of the way to go to marina del Rey or downtown Santa Monica bc the branch manager is so rude and there is never a banker available dont go here!!
