Great prices on dry cleaning!! Things are not always perfect and I tend to like a little more starch in shirts. Clothes are processed off site and brought back to this location. That being said, for the price, they offer a great value if you have a lot of cleaning to launder.

I dropped off my Burberry coat for dry cleaning. I came back and picked it up, but the next morning I was about to put it on and noticed one of the buttons was broken and the fabric inside was ripped. I took it back to the dry cleaning store and told the lady working there that my jacket had been damaged. She was sorry for what had happened and the worker had asked me to leave it there for the owner to see. The owner never called until two weeks later from Tracy to accuse me that I damaged my coat.

I gave my shirt for laundry which had some stain. The stain did not come out. I asked them to redo the shirt but they refused since my shirt was laundered few weeks ago . They asked me to pay again to redo. I paid again to redo but , unfortunately the stain did not come out . They denied my request to refund any money and told
me that there is nothing they can do. When I try to get the manager/owner number, they refused to give me any information. STAY AWAY from this place. They are shady .
