The leasing team is extremely kind, professional, and helpful. My husband and I are new residents, and were very pleased with how quick the front office is with addressing any needs. Very pretty community and we felt at home almost instantly.

I resided in this community for eight years, up until August 2022, initially living in Amli and later moving to 803 Corday. Amli was fairly good, but things changed after relocating to 803 Corday. The leasing staff at 803 Corday were notably discourteous, particularly when questioned about the frequent additional charges. Be prepared for substantial charges upon moving out, as they tend to impose heavy penalties for various reasons, particularly targeting Indians, Asians, and expatriates. These fines often include kitchen equipment, citing reason like odors, which seemed unjustified to us. The inspection staff, including the manager named Dan, were extremely impolite and disrespectful, especially towards Indian expatriates. This place lacks trustworthiness. Furthermore, I feel compelled to write this review a second time as a staff member previously coerced me into deleting my initial review during a visit to the leasing office. I strongly advise against renting here, especially for Indian individuals, students, and newcomers to the area.
