Clean and a life saver of a place after a lot of driving

Worst place to stay there was a woman that look like she was all drugged up but she was naked in front of children multiple children she was in the sauna naked The pool naked We reported it to the office and they told us oh she lives here it's okay she is a little off that is unreal then the one that we're leaving we found a cockroach and one of the dresser drawers. The people here were rude breakfast was good I think that was only good positive thing about this place I will never stay here again and neither will my children

Very nice staff. If there are any issues, management takes care of it promptly. Enjoy staying here whenever we are in town.

Very polite and down to earth staff it was comforting and felt like family and it's only 5 minutes from about anyplace you need to go

I checked in 4 days ago. Upon entering the lobby it seems to be clean, but once I got into my room I was disgusted. The towels in the bathroom were stained, the sheets and throw blanket on both the beds were stained with a mysterious brown stain and the mattress protector on one of the beds was unzipped and broken whilst the other was torn. There were food crumbs and miscellaneous scraps all over the floor. I bought bleach and a broom and mop to clean the room as well as a vacuum. The comforter looked as if someones pet had completely chewed it because the cotton on the inside was exposed. Two days into my trip I was notified that I would have to pay an $80 fee for my pet that was in his kennel the entire stay. I paid this fee and the next day the cleaning lady decided to harass my husband about the fact that she could hear my dog running around. My husband informed her that my dog was in the kennel so that the noise she was hearing was not coming from our room. She then proceed to try to push her way into my room to Check. The staff at the front desk later apologized. The pool was cloudy and was full of hair, the breakfast was tasteless and cold, and there was dog poop on the inside back stairs of the hotel for days before it was cleaned. The washer leaked all over the floor on the first level and the hallway smelled mildew. We checked out today and the staff at the front desk tried to return $30 of the $50 deposit I paid when I arrived. The front desk attendant accused me of being the one who chewed the blankets and stained the towels and sheets that had originally been on the beds. Also he claimed that I left a bag in the room when in reality I lifted the bed to look for my sons tablet and found a bag with clothes that the housekeeper missed when cleaning after the guest before me left. The last day we were here I also noticed a large roach in the light fixture in the rest room and a small one crawling in the bathroom near the shower. Horrible experience.
