Hertz doesnt have enough cars for their location in Owensboro - if you cant even offer cars for rent on random Mondays more than once ( at least 2x in the past 20 days ) in a whole month. Just throw in the towel or get a few more cars coming in. Period. So - random Mondays, random Tuesdays, a week before Fourth of July! on Fourth of July, After, the list Goes on and on, Bs & more Bs... ( booked nothing, booked nothing, booked nothing). (Losing business, loosing money). Wow: They know not the hustle. Good luck! If I was your CEO- I would tell you to go back to school to re-learn corporate long term outlooks and basic supply & demand principle. Keep losing that cash people - I know you wont let me down!

Worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I was rushed to sign and get the deposit. I used my bank account instead of a credit card so once I did get to drop the car off I was never giving any information and they charged my bank 1200. Now the worst part is I actually was robbed at a dollar store at gun point had a witness also police report but still hertz charged me for the key that was stolen 250 dollars. Im not sure which part is worse they also charged me 300 for outside wash? Plus the car was push to start the man took the key so I had no option once I turned it off until another key was made or hertz came and got the car which we made several attempts to contact hertz to help resolve the issue 26 days later at 25 dollars a day another 650 added to my bill. Now Im responsible enough to say I should definitely be responsible for some of the bill but not like this not the way hertz done me. I actually canceled my debit card and somehow they still found my bank account and charged me all this money without asking or giving me any options to pay on arrangement. Its by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had
