        The guy scout at this store was absolutely amazing. He was sooo helpful. Took the time to explain every phone in the store. And talk to me about what features may or may not be important to me. I see why their ratings are so high. He sent me to another great guy at phone fix tel/7mile who was equally amazing. Thank i highly recommend these guys

        Came here to get details on new iPhone 14 pro max. The CSR seemed to be new. So was taking her time. Fair enough. I have been in that situation myself. The Manager didn't seem to be helping her at all. The entire time, he did not look happy at all. I wanted to order the phone but did not from this place. For the simple fact that the Manager should have smiled and assisted. I went to Plymouth Rd store instead to order the phone.
