I have multiple accounts, both business and personal, at Mid Missouri. Alex Roam is my personal banker and she is always on the ball assisting me and my business partner with whatever we need. She is extremely responsive and pleasant in every conversation. Highly recommend!

In every branch I have visited and every staff member I have encountered the customer service is beyond my expectation. Heather Roth recently discovered that my elderly mother had an issue with her account. I am on the account, so Heather called me. I am so grateful for Heather's understanding how upset & confused my mother would be to get that call. She and I were able to resolve the issue quickly. She routed the paperwork to a more convenient location for me. At that location,Dillon McDondel (sp?), helped me work through the process. This was a very difficult situation for us. They handled it with grace and treated us with great respect. This is just the latest example of the customer care I have experienced with this bank. Thank you for always going above and beyond!
