Have been waiting since june for work to be completed. Supposed to have started tear out of old lanolin floor and install tile floor today actually. They knew last week that they were not going to be able to start the task. Called this morning to see if they were going to show up and they did not have an answer but said they would call back in an hour, that never happened. Finally got ahold of them around 3:30 and they said it would not be until November til they can get to my job. Such an inconvenience and poor customer service. From the other reviews I can't even imagine how they are still in business.

DO NOT USE Luigi’s (Eclipse) flooring! They installed a whole house of carpet and they did such a poor job of the installation (did not use power stretcher), can see seam lines, banged up the baseboards. We are now having to have the entire house of furniture moved and carpet re-stretched due to buckling, at our expense and inconvenience. When we complained to them they would not stand behind their work or do anything about it.

I got Luigi's to install my tile true Lowe's contract They said a person will come and finish the job He came late 3 1/2 hours then he supposed to come finish the next day and he didn't show up at all or call to let us know he wasn't coming Luigi's call and said he will come the next Monday and finish the job He didn't came the entire week Then he call the fallowing week and said he was coming Tuesday and he didn't show up. The fallowing week he said he was coming Saturday and he didn't show up again Then he came Monday and said he was going to finish the job and he didn't finish the job DON'T HIRE THIS PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE THEN A HEADACHE 😡😠😩 Service: Tile fitters

Punctuality - The installer for Luigi's, aka Eclipse, arrived late every day, sometimes 2-3 hours later than the time he specified (I was frequently told he'd be there between 8 and 9, but he never arrived that early -- the first day, he arrived at 1PM). I never received calls or texts to tell me he was running late. I always had to call to ask when he would arrive. Cleanliness - Each night, he left behind a huge mess -- nails, screws, tile shards, etc. that we had to clean up just so that we could walk through the house. He did not cover up things properly, so literally our whole house was covered in dust for a week (even inside cabinets). We spent 6 hours on Father's Day, after the job was basically done, cleaning up his mess. He left nails and screws in the driveway and on our porch, and left his tools scattered about in our home and yard. We are still cleaning up dust. Professionalism - The first day, the installer was surprised he had to demo the existing tile. He was already several hours late, but had to leave to get the proper tools to demo. The demo was part of the quote. Also, when I complained to Luigi's, aka Eclipse, about all of the above, I was told that the owner would get involved and I would get a call from him. That never happened. Installation - While the tile looks good (not great), it doesn't make up for the stress and inconvenience that my family endured for over a week (including a Saturday).
