Great hotel, great value, great location and nice staff. My room was nice and big and so was the bed! The only complain I have is that the elevator is being renovated, apparently it has been months. Its sometimes annoying especially in the morning as people need to check out.

Terrible experience here, lifts werent working and found out they havent been for a year. Had to carry two big suitcases up 11 flights of stairs, further to that the Wifi was down. Only good thing about this place was the location.
Rooms: Small, no fridge.

We have stayed here many many times. Super comfy bed and staff were very sweet. We went to our room, only to find that it was not vacant!!!! Second time that has happened there!!lucky for those guests that we are honest people!! When we went back down to get a new room the receptionist was very cold! Iqw felt We were bothering her! She was not the first one who had signed us in. She was very sweet. The room was so small- not like other times we stayed there. The tiny shower, with the drain in the middle, caused my husband to keep slipping!!! Actually got banged up a bit. Love the location and comfy bed and lounge but not too happy with this visit this time
