        The cars are bad unless you upgrade to the next level reservation. Customer service is ok. It's the cars available that are bad for a standard reservation. Won't use budget again unless extreme emergency.My experience.

        We rented a car there on August 12 2023. After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried. We had no issues whatsoever. The car was nice and clean. Drove the car one way to Dallas and dropped it off at their lot there. Would definitely use again.

        Charged $125 extra 2 weeks after the rental period for external cleaning - just ridiculous - never again! Update: extra fee was waived after calling in a complaint

        I rented a Suburban from this location. I did not have any problems with this location. The employees were friendly and the vehicle was ready to go when I got there.
