Brian Donne with Country Financial has represented the bulk of my insurance needs over the last 10 years, real estate, auto, and business. Very pleased. He has been careful to make sure I have the proper coverage in place and not just coverage with the lowest premium. I have been through several claims and it has been a respectable process. Brian is a knowledgeable agent who can help you meet both your insurance and financial planning needs. We use Brian for home insurance, car insurance, life insurance, and college savings planning. Brian has a great understanding of the products Country offers and how they can align with your goals and needs. We have had both home and auto insurance claims. Brian has been able to point is in the right direction and a great resource when we didn't know what we were doing. Do not recommend if you want service after policy has been set up. We had to cancel our farm policy as could not get return calls or service. After my mother passed away, I reached out to them to handle her policy an it has been a year now, and have never been able to get the agent or office staff to return my call. The policy has gotten in so much chaos it has been very difficult to straighten out. Have had to deal with the people at the corporate office to try and get it straightened out.
