We got burned by a bad tile installer. The job looked bad and we needed someone to come in and redo almost everything that had been done in our master and guest bathrooms. The Austin Tile Installation team did a great job. From the very beginning, I knew that we could trust Carlos and his team. It's clear that he has been in the business for a long time. He talked us through what would be possible and I could tell that his goal was to save us money in the process. We had already spent a lot on the original bad tile job and he did everything he could to save what could be saved to cut costs. Thank you guys so much! The team at Austin Tile Installation is awesome! They removed my old kitchen backsplash and installed a new one and re-did my shower. Prices were fair and work was completed on time with plenty of communication. We’re getting ready to remodel our guest bathroom and will definitely be calling them!
