AT&T Store

I work with no one but Michael. He has helped me more than any representative at any store. I have also sent friends to see him to change to the I phone If he us not there to work with me, I come back when he is there

Stopped by to upgrade my phone. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the process.

Michael was unbelievably attentive, and quickly helped me with my issue that I was having prior to leaving town and trying to catch a flight in time. He was able to quickly resolve my issue and help me get a new phone and download all the new data while still managing to have that done quick enough for me to get to the airport with a new functioning phone. If you are ever in the area or stopping by the store, I highly recommend asking for Michael.

This store is where you go to get high. I was helped by Michael today and he smelled like heavy fresh Marijuana. The red eyes was a dead give away. I didn't even get a phone I just said I'll think about it and left. Very unprofessional and rude. Worse is management allowed it. I will never go back.
