AT&T Store

I had one of the worst experiences at this location. I was never greeted. The employee made me move out of my seat and stand up and wait. The store had a strong curry smell. There weren't enough employees staffed at this location. I walked out and went to the Addison location. It wasn't worth the headache

Ok , well this is going to be a long write so Im warning you all ahead of time. First and foremost I want to thank the entire team over at ATT. They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Let me say that again. The entire team. Specifically the manger Mr. Price, and Dinesh. My self personally this is probably my 3rd trip here having to do business with them in regards to, handling an issue with a stolen device (the world we live in). Every time they have accommodated me in a way that made reassures they genuinely wanted to extend themselves to the best of their capabilities to ensure a positive end goal and scenario. Each time, or rather this specific time(focus right?) I happened to observe consecutively and I mean extremely irate individuals. Even couples who seem to have found the consistent professional attempts given by the entire ATT team there. Funny, not up to par, or I guess perhaps just not up to the standards perhaps they assumed existed. My point in saying all of this is to say this. The entire team at this location is extremely professional, caring and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their customers in anyway. The gentleman who helped me Dinesh and Joey I believe was his name. They helped me avoid a total crisis by accepting 2 other alternate forms of ID, processing my partial payments and even explaining it to my mother how it all would affect our account. Please good folks of Dallas going forward show them respect. Please they all have lives outside of the store and I just feel that in the 1.5 hours I was there (the wait time was because of my own personal situation, not them!) I observed sooo many nasty comments and gestures made towards them. We all dont know what demons people are facing. Lets not put our own into other people lives especially if they are trying to help us! God bless.

The store was very busy and very understaffed. Enough said. I visited at approximately 2pm on Saturday. It was not that it was so busy but that there seemed to be only 2 people working.
