        Sad that Doug Buchanan retired and the way I found out is when I called his agency to add a vehicle to my policy !! Sad way of taking care of some very loyal policyholders as we have been over the many years with Allstate. At least a letter mailed out announcing his retirement would have been a nice touch. Allstate needs to not take their loyal customers for granted. Neil Gates
