The management was very unprofessional, when approached with an issue regarding verbal assault they did absolutely nothing to help or make the situation better.

If I could leave a 0 star I would
Me and my gf stayed here for 1 year and it was horrible, we constantly got harassed by the office workers. They constantly blamed us for noise complaints even while we were out of town for 2 weeks we came back to a letter warning us about noise. Cops were called on us 3 times for no reason. If youre looking for a good apartment complex check out The Icon in Hewitt way better!

The manager Polly and her team are all so kind and professional in what they do, and you can feel that they really care for you as a part of the community. Polly works hard to make you feel welcome here and helps promptly and effectively with your requests and even complaints about noise.
The maintenance crew are skilled and quick to help with your maintenance needs. They're awesome. Some people give 1 or 2 stars, because they are either evicted for constantly breaking the rules (like noise) or were troublemakers. They don't like the staff who are just doing their job. It is the staff's job to ask people to respect the rules and their neighbors. You will have to keep rules here (and in other luxury complexes like this) to continue living as a part of the responsible, mature, and quiet community. If you can't do that, then there are many rundown rents with roaches and thefts in Waco; they are terrible. You could just move there and live however you like with the management that won't do anything.
But, if you care about safety, quietness, and cleanness like me, I cannot stress enough how happy and satisfied I've been at this apartment complex. It really is a very safe, quiet, and clean community (which is so hard to find around here). And the manager really works hard to make this place the safest, quietest and best in Waco.
I think that the rent price is good because the room is new, spacious, clean, and quiet (the place was built in 2018, so it's very new).
