10 stars, not just 5! Quick response and quick repair for a reasonable price (maybe unreasonably low in my estimation). Had a big plumbing service look at it first. They seemed more interested in making it a big project and price estimates ranged from 2.5 to 4 times what Layne actually charged. Plus he is a very pleasant and straightforward person. I had a problem with water hammer in my home, loud knocking in the pipes after turning off a faucet, which was driving me nuts for a long time. Tried getting rid of it on my own with no luck. Lane came back, checked out my system and made a suggestion, at least as a place to start.
Here gave me an idea of the cost, went a bought the part was back in 20 minutes and finished the job in less than 1/2 hour. He also replaced the main shut-off valve at the same time.
Problem solved so I'm very happy with the service and would highly recommend Heber Valley Plumbing.
