        Called and set up a time for Geek techs to come and install a new router/modem then was told that shawn would call me at 9am to check in then he would have a tech here by 10. It got to be about 1020 so I call to see if they are coming and was told that who is this and oh I have you right here. They totally dropped the ball and wanted to act like it was some how my fault. So after that I had to work which I told them the night before and that it wouldn’t be an issue but here I am off work without anything setup and my wife missed work today because she works from home using her computer. Just know if you make an appointment you need to beware to the potential of waiting for absolutely nothing. Beware!
